Another great Texas show, but with too much destruction at the end . . . bass amps fell and so did people . . . Darren wore a bass drum on his head at the end of the show.
Thanks to Homer Rios from the RGV for bringing some tasty Mexican food from back home. Plus, it was cool to hang out with another homeboy Steve Salinas, with whom I ate some Mediterranean and talked about music, life, and old times.
Pictured below is Robert from Jonezetta. They blew it up that night in H-Town.

Man, Y'all played an awesome show on Saturday. Saw the amp fall, hope it didn't bust. Jonezetta had a nice set too.
Keep it up... You guys have a different sound, and your lyrics actually mean something. Glad you got the label stuff worked out b/c the new album rocks.
Come back to H-town soon, we'd love to have you back!
Your blogs make me wish I were musically talented. What a wondrous thing to be able to travel all over, meet so many people, and create such an incredible sound! I know that you must miss your family, but what an opportunity life has given you. Thanks for sharing with us!
Jonzetta and Shiny Toy Guns are both great. You always manage to travel with good talent. :)
I saw the pic of Darren wearing the drum. I wasn't surprised, but I still about fell out of my chair laughing. I've heard of wearing a lampshade, but this was a new one. This could be his Halloween costume.. Darren as a drum. ;)
Hey Roy,
Been enjoying reading your blog. My bro-in-law plays bass with the band downhere, ever cross paths? Anyway we are fans. Looking forward to hearing Mute Math in Toronto next month, I'm sure you'll bring the house down.
