Roy, I have to say again, I have benefitted from many of the lessons that you have posted. Thank you for taking the time to share your skills and philosophy.

Upon seeing Mute Math play live for my first time (9-30-06 Bluebird in Denver), I was blown away! I felt like I was watching scientists in a lab splitting the atom. Mute Math is authentic, original and explosive. I didn't know whether to quit playing or push harder. Mute Math influences a generation of musicians. From the kids in the garage to John Mayer.
I would like to see a DVD that has a lesson or two from each member of Mute Math. I would also like to see a live DVD that is not filmed at a show but rather filmed in "the lab" as it were... An intimate performance of four scientists creating a cataclysmic sound at the risk of being destroyed by the massive energy of their creation. That would be SICK!

On a different note, I like the stingray! The burst looks cool. Mine is a natural finish. It sits in the closet these days. I have been on a fender kick. What did you play in Earthsuit?

Man, this is some great stuff!! I just found your site this morning and will be taking a much deeper look when I get home and have my bass handy.

Picked up the album last week and I've been loving it! Can't wait to see you guys next week in Denver!

You've got an awesome style...how cool that you're also intentional about sharing what you know with the rest of the world! I'll be checking back often. Thanks!!
